At 600Host the only software included in your virtual private server package is:

If you opt to have a web based control panel as an addition (£5 extra a month) then cPanel / Plesk will offer PHP & MySQL bundled.

As virtual private servers also acts as a dedicated server you may install any of your own required software and own licences if required.
