What is CSS?

To achieve a great website design which is XHTML 1.0 compliant, its best to use cascading stylee sheets (CSS).
Similar structure to the web languages of both PHP and Javascript. CSS is used as the back bone method to your websites web page as it provides the alignments of objects and text meaning table HTML tags can beeliminated.
