Mail Feature
Control Panel Features May 3rd. 2007, 7:56pmThe Mail Feature is an extremely useful feature. Use it for:
- Accessing webmail
You have the option of using either Horde or Squirrelmail, two extremely good ad-free webmail programs. Your username is your e-mail address.
- E-mail domain forwarding
Forward mail to any address @yourdomain.ext to another e-mail address (for example if you owned the domain domain.com and mail sent to info@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com, billing@yourdomain.com, etc., could be sent to an address of your choice)
- Add/Remove/Manage Accounts
Pretty self explanatory!
- Default Address
Set the default address for any unroutable mail to be sent to - this is set by default to username@yourdomain.ext
- Autoresponders
Set up autoresponders - for example to inform people you’re out of the office or on holiday

- Forwarders
Forward e-mail to another account - for example any e-mail sent to sales@yourdomain.ext could be sent to info@yourdomain.ext
- Mailing List
Basic mailing list software for managing your mailing lists
- SpamAssassin
A fantastic tool for filtering out spam e-mail - very very accurate! Works by using central spam databases
- BoxTrapper Spam Trap
Simple yet effective way of filtering out spam e-mail - the sender if first required to confirm their e-mail address before their original message is forwarded to you
